Self Check-In

Thanks to the Self Check-in automat you can enter the park yourself every day from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., without intervention of our reception. Even if you don't have a reservation, you can still enter Klein Strand Holiday Park.
Checking out is also fully automatic, just make sure you leave the park before 11h00. 
If not, you cannot leave the park and you will have to contact the reception at +32 50 881 440.

Upon arrival at the park, you will find the Self Check-in automat near Taverne De Boei.
The address for the Self Check-in is Varsenareweg 38 - 8490 Jabbeke.

Below you will find 3 possibilities for the Self Check-in.

I already have a reservation:

1. Fully paid reservation:

   You have received an email from us containing your personal access code.
   At the Self Check-in automat, click on “ I have reserved”, enter your code and then click on activate.
   To enter the park you can use your personal code on the numeric keypad at the barrier.
   If you wish to use the showers, you can use the same code to upgrade your shower value at the Self Check-in machine.
    

2. Partially paid reservation:

   You have received an email from us containing your personal access code.
   At the Self Check-in machine, click on “ I have reserved”, enter your code and then click on activate.
   You will be asked to pay the remaining amount. This can only be paid by bank card.
   To enter the park you can always use your personal code on the numeric keypad at the barrier.
   If you wish to use the showers, you can use the same code to upgrade your shower value at the Self Check-in automat.

Additional info:

You will also find your access code, at the bottom right, on the reservation confirmation you received when booking online. 
If you have not received your code, please call the reception in time between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on the general number +32 50 881 440.
Note: Often emails end up in the spam folder, so always check this folder.

I don't have a reservation yet:

Click on the Self Check-in automat “ I want to reserve” and follow (fill in or make a choice) each requested step. Clearly enter all your details. 
Do not forget to enter your license plate number.
At the end of your selections you will be asked to pay for the reservation, this can only be done by bank card.
Then you will receive your personal access code on the printed receipt.
You can normally enter the park through the license plate recognition. If this fails, you can always use your personal code on the numeric keypad at the barrier column.
If you wish to use the showers, you can use the same code to upgrade your shower value at the Self Check-in automat.

If you notice that you cannot reserve a space, this means that we are unfortunately fully booked.

If the Self-Check-in is broken or not working properly, you can still sign in at our second Self Check-in machine at the reception at Varsenareweg 29 -8490 Jabbeke.
