Cancellation Policy

When booking your holiday at our leisure domain, you can choose to add a cancellation package to your reservation.

Price cancellation package: 6% of the total price of the reservation

If the cancellation package is not chosen, no deposit will ever be refunded, regardless of the reason!

Conditions for cancellation & refund
 

Cancellation up to 90 days prior to arrival.

15% cancellation fee will be deducted.

Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival

50% cancellation fee will be deducted

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival

75% cancellation fee will be reduced

Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival

90% cancellation fee will be reduced

Cancellation less than one week before arrival

No refund possible unless you bring in another family to take over the exact same vacation from you.
