Newsletters - emails - commercial calls
If you receive newsletters or e-mails from us, it is to inform you about the projects for which you have requested information or for similar products. You gave us your permission to do so by ticking the box indicating that you would like to receive the newsletter and promotions by e-mail. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of each e-mail. You always have the right to withdraw your consent. Your name, mail address, language and postal code are obviously indispensable personal data to collect. In principle, we receive this information from you. However, if you chose to register via a social media account, we received this data via the social media. We therefore recommend that you read the privacy policy of the Social Medium you use and indicate which data they are allowed to pass on to third parties like us, and for what type of processing. Commercial conversations
By meeting a lot of personal information is shared with each other, the information relevant to helping you further is often noted by our commercial people in a CRM system. This includes your name, address, contact details, preferences, budget, expectations, content of follow-up appointments, etc. We may also pass on your data to third parties (including public authorities), if we are obliged to do so on the basis of statutory provisions or court decisions or if this is necessary within the framework of the agreement.
This information is used for automated decision-making and profiling. This helps us determine which event we should best invite you to, which projects we should propose, which sales people will be the best match for you, which info topics interest you most, whether we should look for an investment term in the short term or better wait a few months or years, when we can best reach you by phone,... You do of course have the right to object at any time. This can be done by simply emailing this to info@kleinstrand.be before the call takes place. Having the already processed information erased, or exercising your other rights (see below) can be done with a simple email, which you can send to info@kleinstrand.be
This information is always viewable and is not stored for more than 5 years after each active reconfirmation, as our experience shows that this is the period during which people actually proceed to their first purchase. Great that you are considering applying for a position with us. We will of course save your CV and related correspondence, and note what you told us during any interviews. Working at Twinproperties or one of its affiliated companies
Great to welcome you as a colleague. In order to be able to execute our agreement, we keep personal information about you. Naturally, there are also legal obligations and obligations concerning social security law and labour law which require us to process personal data. (e.g. completing a DIMONA declaration). This concerns identity data, but also all information we obtained during the recruitment interview, test results, content of evaluation interviews, account numbers, marital status, your salary, history of holidays, your birthday, the number of children, etc. and we have these processed by ITproviders and payroll providers. Staying on our domain
Welcome as a guest on our domain. We process personal data in order to execute our contract and comply with legal obligations. We collect this data through various processes. When you browse our websites, when you enquire about property purchases, when we send you information, when you take an option on your favourite property or purchase the property, when you choose the possible finishes of the newly purchased property, when you entrust us with an operating mandate, if you come to events, if you apply for a job with us, if you work with us, if you communicate with us, if you are in contact with us via social media, if you enter competitions, if you stay in one of our hotels, if you park in one of our car parks, if you use any of our apps. .
