Cancellation package

When reserving your holiday at Klein Strand, you can choose to add a cancellation package to your reservation.

What does the cancellation package include?

• Cancellation and refund is possible up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason for cancellation
• Tested positive for Covid-19 and therefore quarantine obligation during your planned stay? Then a cancellation & refund is always possible, even less than two weeks before arrival if we are notified before arrival with valid proof of a positive PCR test in the name of one of the guests that was mentioned when making the reservation.
• Quarantine during your planned stay due to high-risk contact? Then a cancellation & refund is always possible, even less than two weeks before arrival if we are notified before arrival with a valid proof of quarantine obligation.
• Price cancellation package: 6% of the total price of the reservation

If a cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are equal to the total price of the reservation. (not applicable in case of a positive test for Covid-19 / quarantine obligation)

If the cancellation package is not chosen, a deposit will never be refunded, regardless of the reason!
